We set an intention together to "open our heart to creative solutions".
I will read a simple prayer of gratitude and we relax and enjoy our drinks.
For added pleasure, connection and guidance we pull an angel card each and sit with its message.
Ceremonial Cacao should be taken on an empty stomach and exists as a way to generate an intense body state which allows you to feel more open & receptive. It helps to rebalance the energies within & restore good health.
Cacao can take 20-30 minuets to take effect and the hum can last up to 4 hours.
