I had an Akashic Records Reading with Cheryl. I have had massages and other therapies with her so already respect her greatly as a Healer and Therapist, but have never had a session like this. From beginning to end she was professional as always. Personally the idea of allowing someone into my records made me feel vulnerable, I was allowing another person to explore the deepest part of myself and beyond at soul level whilst having information revealed that even I'm not aware of myself.
I trusted Cheryl 100% and felt completely safe and held, through the whole process. It felt like a life changing experience, and I think as time continues and I follow the advice the guides have given it will prove to be life changing. There were a couple of quite overwhelming and emotional parts to the session. One to do with my previous life and one to do with ancestral history mainly the lineage of ‘women before me’. I had absolutely no knowledge of these two things but as soon as Cheryl shared it with me it felt completely fitting and like I'd always known it. I can't explain it or put it into words. I found it so freeing and suddenly like I could follow the path I'm meant to be on.
There was a contract that needed breaking, which I gave permission for, and since this I feel complete, a painful wound was healed and it has given me the understanding I needed.
The guides also gave Cheryl information about underlying beliefs that I have and some of the painful patterns I was stuck in. The guides suggested a couple of rituals to help release these.
All the way through Cheryl was respectful and empowering, always explaining what she could see and was told by the guides. She asked my permission where needed and asked me if there were questions I wanted to ask throughout. I feel really moved from the experience and blessed to have shared it with Cheryl. I would recommend this to everyone.
